Local Health Integration Networks Building a True System
LHINs are an important part of the evolution of health care in Ontario, from a collection of services that are often uncoordinated to a true health care system. For more information on the LHIN in your region please visit www.lhins.on.ca where you will find a link to each of the 14 Local Health Integration Networks. Health providers and members of the public are welcome to submit questions not answered on our website to transforminghealth@moh.gov.on.ca. They will be answered directly in as timely a manner as possible. |
