Building a True System

LHINs are an important part of the evolution of health care in Ontario, moving from a collection of services that were often uncoordinated to a true health care system.

Each LHIN has their own website, with information, events and media material specific to their own communities. For more information on the LHIN in your region please visit www.lhins.on.ca.

In addition, there is an overarching provincial LHIN website. It contains information such as: who the LHIN Chairs and CEOs are, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Finding Your LHIN and other up-to-date material.

Health providers and members of the public are welcome to submit questions regarding LHINs to transforminghealth@moh.gov.on.ca. They will be answered directly in as timely a manner as possible.
