This report presents the findings and recommendations of the Independent Review of Staffing and Care Standards for Long-Term Care Homes in Ontario. The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care established the review in September 2007 to provide independent advice that would inform the development of regulations under The Long-Term Care Homes Act 2007.
