ServiceOntario kiosks are available 7 days per week at most locations with extended hours of service. You will find kiosks in major shopping centres and government offices across the province.

At a ServiceOntario kiosk, you can change your address for your Ontario health card free of charge.

You will need to bring with you :

• your new address and postal code;
• your health card;
• health cards of family members living with you.
