1. Introduction

This website is operated by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care ("MOHLTC" or “us”) as a public service to increase public education and awareness to support increase in cancer screening rates.

2. No Medical or Other Advice

The contents of this Site are for informational purposes only. The information provided through this Site is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, assessment and evaluation. This includes all content that is made available on or otherwise accessible through the Site by us. 5. Applicable Law

This Site is operated by the MOHLTC from its offices within the Province of Ontario, Canada. The terms and conditions upon which users may access and use this Site are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. A user of this Site irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province on Ontario in connection with any legal matter arising from the use of this Site. In no event shall any access to this Site from any location outside Ontario be construed as an express or implied submission to, or waiver of any immunity from, the jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory authorities of that location by MOHLTC, the Government of Ontario or their respective advisors, agents, appointees, employees, subcontractors and the members of the Executive Council of Ontario and their advisors and staff employees.
