Medical Claims Electronic Data Transfer (MCEDT) and eSubmit Services Unavailable Apr 29th-30th, 2017.

Please be advised that MC EDT (web service and web page) and eSubmit services will be temporarily unavailable starting Saturday, April 29th at 8:00 a.m. in order to perform system updates. The service outage is expected to last a minimum of 5 hours, but may extend until Sunday, April 30th at 8:00 p.m.

During the outage, you will be unable to:

  • Manage designees, upload any claim files or download reports using either the MC EDT web page or web service via automated billing software; or
  • Submit Remittance Advice Inquiries (RAI's), supporting documentation or additional information requests using eSubmit.

Health Card Validation (HCV) services will not be affected by this outage.
